How do I cancel my lottery ticket?

There’s no notice period and you play for as long as you like.

To cancel your subscription or to reduce the number of lottery tickets, there are three options:

• The fastest option is to call us at 0771-22 55 22 weekdays between the hours of 8:00-18:00.
• Email your customer number or personal identity number along with information regarding which lottery ticket(s) you wish to cancel to kundservice@postkodlotteriet.se
• If you pay by card or direct debit (autogiro), you can also cancel your lottery ticket by logging on to ‘Mina Sidor’ via BankID on our website.
